
Today I ate wayyyy too much watermelon. Watermelon, of course, has a ton of water in it. On top of that, I drank a few glasses of water earlier in the day. After eating half of the watermelon I was headachy and a bit weird feeling. This has happened to me before - I had some water poisoning! Here’s what went down:
#1 Cracked it open
#2 Rock on! A smiley face!

#3 Trying something new
#4 Revert to good old fashioned tastiness

And it was so tasty, I ate wayyy too much. Thus, water poisoning…but sooo goood.

I eat salt with all of my fruits: Watermelon, apples, limes, lemons, pears, cherries, you name it!
I will one day end up with a high blood pressure due to so much sodium :(.
Hope you feel better. I've never gotten water poisoning, nor do I know what it is.

Water poisoning just happens when you drink too much water. According to Wikipedia, it is the "disturbance in brain functions that results when the normal balance of electrolytes in the body is pushed outside of safe limits by over-consumption of water"
I didn't have it that bad, just very very mildly. Still, don't feel great.

Don't like it, don't need it.
I just don't like melons of any kind.
Can't even stand the smell of watermelon.
But, oranges + salt = good or strawberries + salt = good.
Did you ever try adding sugar? Hahaha. Strawberries + sugar = good.
