My roommates and I often ask each other hard-hitting “would you rather” questions, most of which are too inappropriate to talk about here. Today, we had a question that I thought would be interesting to ask all of you. That question is, of course, the same one as the title, “Would you rather eat a dog or a cat?” That’s an easy question for me. I’ve already thought about this. So, as you can see, I would have chosen to eat a dog. They just seem so tasty…er…that is…if I had to eat one. Cats seem too meatless, same with ferrets. So what do you think? Let me know in the poll below, and tell us the reason in the comments section. I think dogs will win, but who knows. Let’s satisfy our primal desires to know the answer to this question by voting.

I haven't eaten cat, but my mom has. I should ask her opinion later on.
For the poll, I voted for ferret since no one in my family has eaten one of those yet.

But, that's only because I'm allergic to cats...
As far as I know, I'm only allergic to cat dander...but don't want to take the chance with cat meat.
And as for ferrets...I try not to eat things that scurry...or something. >.>

Then I laughed heartily.
Plus, cats are just too sassy. I'd be afraid of absorbing too much sass and getting in trouble because of it.

Even though I love dogs more then cats.
Cats and ferrets are just too furry.
Most Dogs aren't but lots of cats are.
And if a good percent of cats chock on their own hair.
I know I would.
Plus, since cats eat their own hair, then thats twice the hair since the hair is still in their system.

No, actually, I would pick the dog. They seem like they would taste better because they have more meat. They might taste good with a little A1 steak sauce!

First, I like dogs WAY more than cats. Second, there are far more uses for a dog than a cat...and really that's all there is to it...A dog would help me live longer than a cat if it ever came to that...
No one has ever heard of a killer cat (the cat from 'Pet Cemetery' NOT included), right?!?

Okay maybe a dog if I had to choose. It does look like it has more meat. Cat's just don't look appetizing. I'm not a cat fan.
